Story - In 1947 once the maps of Bharat and Asian nation were being drawn, AN oversight ensured that the village of Paglapur did not notice an area in either country. The village had the excellence of housing the biggest mental asylum within the region and within the mêlée that ensued throughout partition, the asylum inmates bust loose, drove away the villagers and established their own republic in Paglapur. and that is however it stayed for succeeding sixty years! whereas the planet outside modified, Paglapur remained isolated, with no electricity, tv or saneness. Now, decades when the planet forgot this village, a NASA person of Indian origin, Agastya and his lovely married person notice themselves on the road to Paglapur. Agastya is functioning on a prime secret project for making a tool to speak with aliens.
